Love the fit and materials

I got this jacket for riding but have ended up wearing around town until it's cold enough to wear while riding and I absolutely love it. Length is just long enough to cover my bum and it's just loose enough to layer underneath if I needed, but not too loose to look like it's sized too big. Inner fleece lining is warm and cozy making it instantly comfortable when I'm chilled and throw it on.

She likes it!

Bought for my girlfriend. Fits her nice and seems to work well. The arm pit vent zippers seem very fragile and hang up a little on the seem so hoping they keep working. Everything else looks great

Do everything jacket

I got this softshell to replace a worn out Mountain Hardware one, mainly bc I really liked the style. I usually wear a Medium and that's what I went with. Sizing is great and would be especially nice for taller ladies. I'm 5'6" and the jacket covers my butt which is awesome. Sleeves are also plenty long which is perfect and the thumb loops are great. This has been adequate, even in the upper 30s and has room for layers. The hood also has nice coverage and actually stays up. I will say that I did not get this as a riding jacket but for all around use. I live on the wet side of the PNW and a nice coat like this would just get trashed in the winter. For riding, this would be a bit too long in the body for me, would need a shorter front side with the more exaggerated drop hem in the back. I am taking a star off because the DWR coating really doesn't work very well. I wore this walking the dog in a light drizzle and the water soaked right in, so the fabric could be improved. The pit zips have a hidden zipper which is nice for looks but for active use, the zipper really does not open all the way when using just one hand. I have to take the jacket off and carefully open the zipper to prevent it from snagging. Overall happy with my purchase. I got a faulty zipper on the first jacket I received and Revel took care of me. A+ for customer service.

Cozy warm softshell jacket

Jacket kept me warm and cozy on a 36 deg morning single track ride. As the weather warmed up, the armpit zippers kept me cool. Living on the coast, the jacket also kept the wind chill at bay. Considering buying another one in a different color. Definitely a keeper.

Shakes the chill!

If you’re like me, you hate the phrase “Be bold, start cold.” I never seem to have the right combo of layers when the rides are chilly, and rainshells make me feel like a clammy mess when I stop moving. This soft shell is finally the combo of cozy I wanted. The soft fleece inside is super comfy and comes all the way up into the hood, and the zipper garage up top is a nice touch. The inner cuff with thumb holes keeps the coverage seamless over riding gloves, too. It’s like a Scuba hoodie, but way more practical and made for MTB babes!
